reflect on self

we do it every day when we question if we are on the right path in life, as well when we see our self in the mirror or in lovers eyes. most of the time we shy away and get on with life, however, when a dear friend dares you to do a self portrait when you need it the most, one gets done. Thank you Franko B this was a needed excercise to better understand the journey we have taken and shed light on the remainder of it.

at first this process moved slowly and with the help of dear friends like Mike C and Tamee , Brenda and Richard M and Heidi MG and sweet Jamie M a semester later I had the conviction to refine self by myself. 95% of this was carried on without the use of a mirror reluctantly near the end I confess to using one . it blew me away to see how far our image of self extends from inner feelings and reflection
