To live in a giant sculpture

It was a priviledge in itself to have lived in such an architectural masterpiece;  my tribute to those years living by lake Tahoe is this scale model.
I have always liked miniature models  a love that began with boy toys and it continued to grow with me.  I was determined to make this scale model of a rare home that provided shelter and wonderful memories undoubtedly the best years of my life thus far.
This birds eye view as if flying over the roof line demonstrates the sculptural form of four domes interlinked in east west north and south directions.  the walls were all glass to take in the majestic scenery of the sierras surrounding the lake.  this becomes evident and proplexing when you want to hang a large canvas or framed photograph and can not find  any place in the entire house to place a hook.  the intention was for the breathtaking views to override any man made work of art.
although this work of art was not figurative as I am used to creating,  the curvolinear domes satisfied every bit of the way.  Most of all in making this project I relived great moments of the happiest  years thanks to the joy of great art
